Is there a discount for churches and nonprofits?
Yes. Churches and nonprofits save 20% on every plan, applied when you sign up. It combines with the 15% yearly discount.
How many emails can I send?
As many as you like, up to your plan's monthly total. Send to everyone, to one group, or both, as often as you need. Every email to one person counts as one, and the total resets each month. Unsubscribed and bounced contacts never count.

The last column is only an example, not a limit on how many times you send. A church with 1,000 people on Starter could email everyone 30 times a month, or send 60 smaller emails of 500 to one group, or any mix that fits in 30,000.

What happens if I go over?
Your emails still go out. We warn you at 80% of your monthly sending, then you choose: move up a plan, or add prepaid credits at $1.50 per 1,000 emails. Credits never expire. The Free plan pauses at its limit, and we tell you before it does.
Do unsubscribed contacts count?
No. You never pay for people who unsubscribed or bounced.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month, and you can download your contacts first.
Do you move my list for me?
Founding clients get a free, done-for-you move from Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Brevo and others.
